Murali Kumar was the guy who helped me, and he was awesome. I'm one of those guys who usually gives one less star even for excellent service, but in this case I have to give 5. I am not an WP expert so when I changed the url to reverse the chronology of my posts, everything went to hell. Murali fixed it in like 5 minutes, absolutely no hassle, and all I needed to provide him with was my godaddy info, then he took it from there. Best service ever!
